A real business man would build a natural gas generator to make some actual power and make some actual money. That is a better return on investment. Natural gas is always mentioned at the end of the green options. Solar isn’t there.

Add Japan and S Korea to the list of too poor to afford coal, going back to burning wood. https://www.canadianbiomassmagazine.ca/pellets-in-japan-6630/ https://www.canadianbiomassmagazine.ca/pellets-in-japan-6630/

AB5 skimmed over the article quickly and I have to admit I am a bit confused, is biomass considered renewable energy? Are there less C02 emissions from burning wood than coal? I have to admit thinking back to when we had a old coal stove heating the shop, a lump of coal provided much more heat for a longer period of time than an equivalent amount of wood. So pelletizing wood in Canada and shipping by boat over to Japan to burn to create electricity seems just ridiculous!

            ridiculous , yes
            green , absolutely not
then one day , like the oversupply of wheat for the world , it will be " holy fu-k, where did all the trees go "
its a double whammy , as trees get rid of barbie's "pollution"
hey i know , why don't they cut the rain forest down and burn the wood
yes folks , it has got that fu-ken ridiculous
you cannot make this stupid shit up

              too add to the lunacy
a short ton of coal has 20 million BTU
a short ton of wood chips has 1 million BTU

In case you missed this from page 1.
Turns out Germany is too poor to afford coal power too. So poor they need to import wood from Africa to replace the coal:

                And Britain:

AB setting the stage to go it alone.

If china can build 100 of them, I am sure 1 here is going to be ok.

But I thought they were all nearly self sufficient on solar and wind , no ??
