      This year will be difficult to say here they need decent conditions adequate moisture during growth period to make the most. We were really dry then got really crazy wet then ended up crazy dry as in I m worried about next year big time. As a rule and by soil tests which I don’t put 100% faith in either about 1 pound per bushel grown but on a year like this they may have produced more n then dropped off as the drought affected the crop. So hard to say.
      I find the n is more quickly available to the next crop than peas. Not scientific just what seems to happen here.
      Top biomass if incorporated can make a big difference also.
