House prices are up 14% over last July. Record number of sales this July, houses being sold as fast as put on the market.

Farma beat me too it: rats fleeing the sinking ship. Sadly Morneau was the only member of the cabinet that could be considered an adult. This would be funny if it was possible that the damage could be repaired. Welcome to the third world canuckistan.

Real estate agents are very busy in the Edmonton region as well. When you are going to have to live life under house arrest, it better be in a nice house. The expectation is for inflation as money printing has gone wild which benefits real estate.

Everywhere, probably because of rates being dropped to 1.9%. Last thing we need is the entire country getting more personal debt.

None of them are qualified for any position in cabinet including her. Maybe we should be happy it wasn't McKenna.

But basically that choice means freak cult leader Trudeau is the actual finance minister ready to push through his Marxist agenda. Says in one article he wants to add another $100B to our debt chasing green scams. Not a dollar to restart our core industries. Bye Canada. Separation is going to look real good in a few yrs.

Not here, contractors going steady, renos, new builds, can't find one to even build a new shed over the dryer with a sample room.

I wonder what percentage of the population will never own a house and only ever be tenants.

Now getting those people into houses would be more of a success story than current home owners playing musical houses.....
