I guess we could poll everyone on here wether they would like their retirement funds in CAD or USD.

Hard to comprehend how much $252 billion is and what it will take to pay it back short of 1000% inflation.

Take Cargill the 5th largest US company:

      Headquarters Minnetonka, Minnesota, U.S.
      Area served
      Worldwide
      Key people
      Dave MacLennan
      (Chairman and CEO)
Products Agricultural services, crop and livestock, food, health and pharmaceutical, industrial & financial risk management, raw materials
      Revenue Increase US$114.695 billion (2018)[1]
      Operating income
      Increase US$3.204 billion (2018)[1]
      Net income
      Increase US$3.103 billion (2018)[1]
Total assets Increase US$59.475 billion (2018)[1]
      Owner Cargill family (90%)
      Number of employees
      166,000 (2019)

I'm just increasingly disgusted being governed by a group of people who have no idea what the life of an average citizen is about.

And if we're broke why is the govt the largest employer of lawyers. Safety expensive I guess.

Then yesterday the Idiot uses a distraction with the Gun bad becasue the 252 Billion was waking up the fools who voted for him.

We will have a snap election to deal with this and the Conservatives will get booted so far to the curb its not even funny and then watch skippy get us good.

Don't be so depressed folks. Once Peter Mackay is at the helm you will all get free military helicopter rides to your favorite fishing spot.

When it comes to managing Covid 19 it turns out most of Canada has done a much better job of keeping the number of cases and deaths down compared to the USA.

So with 2 trillion dollars of deficit spending Trump has done a poorer job.

Yup.....Petee is a phuck up...and he is the chosen one....he don't have the goods...the conservatives are betting on the wrong horse....

And actually there isn't any real good candidates in the leadership race....we need an intelligent person with real world experience to put the train on the track....or even understand how to put the train back on the track...or recognize the train is off the tracks to begin with...

Phuck sakes we have mortgaged 250 billion on 3500 deaths so far....71 million per death....we could have almost paid for every canadians funeral .....do the math...if a funeral costs 10000 ( a guess i don't know )...350 billion would bury everyone in canada....fun with numbers....as opposed to fun with flags....because Canada will be soon throwing up the white one to another country....

Pete isn't the answer and Chuck I don't care what the USA is doing I am worried about skippy and the way he is destroying Canada in 8 years were Mexico of the north. Gangs have guns Criminals have rights and the average person in Canada is piss poor.

Welcome to Mexico without the beaches.

It all can be traced back to an IDIOT called TRUDEAU and the Liberal party of Canada.

SF3 So when are you planning on becoming a permanent resident of Florida?

Our ancestors came here worked hard under much more difficult conditions to build an impressive country. They came with a positive attitude.

It seems as if some of the following generations turned into compulsive complainers and blamers and are extremely negative, even in the midst of relative wealth. Is it the the silver spoon generation?

Some people don't seem to appreciate how good they have it.

SF3 you are one of the privileged with assets valued in the millions and a second winter home.

What a struggle it must be. LOL

Why is it that when someone who works hard to be successful is deemed to be privileged??
I know more than a few that had the sterling silver spoon and lost it all due to poor business decisions. And I have also seen some start with nothing and become very successful as well .... so are they privileged as well ???
