Land sale's values are sometimes measured as a ratio of the "assessment". Pick the ratio.

Assessments aren't always reflective of the land's quality.

FCC also says land values have increased but not at the rates seen in the recent past.

We might be flattening the curve shortly. I would't expect one asset class to be immune to overall asset depreciation or asset value destruction. Time will tell.
