    From Bloomberg:
“CANADIAN APPLICATIONS FOR FEDERAL EMERGENCY UNEMPLOYMENT AID TOTAL 5.97 MILLION AS OF APRIL 12 - GOV'T DATA”

Too bad Trudeau was focused on plastic straws, UN seats and gender issues before the Chinese virus showed up.

AND the Climate hysteria wasting $$$ and scaring innocent kids/gullible others! Is it COLD enough yet?

"people that have suffered a loss through no fault of their own either caused by natural events (virus) or government actions"
Gee applies to EVERY farm income issue, NONE is our fault/it's the market.

        Another question????

Agristability has to go through at least 2 verifiers before they complete....

The federal money is apply, get money....we will worry about it later if you qualify....which is code for.... in the next election we will forgive it all to stay in power...

There will be an extra $1500 subsidy per foreign worker for quarantine cash.

This Trudeau/Morneau deficit is going to be outrageous.

You would think that with the massive amount of people not working that there would be no need for foreign workers, yet our current government has money for foreign workers and at the same time paying our Canadian citizens to stay at home. WTF.

Bucket, how do you expect to get an agristability when Mr Hall of Flame Ritz Cracker designed and gutted the program to ensure it is utterly impossible to qualify for a pay out?

Thank your fellow Conservative posters on here for not even making a squeak while the Cracker was doing it.

we can bellyache about agstab processing, but the problem here is the accountants. most farmers give their info to their accountant when they do their spring tax return. the accountant then sits on the info and files by agconnect on the September 30 deadline. so it just sits at their office for five months, then gets sent in with thousands of other farmers documents and doesn't get looked at for another month or three.
farmers, get on your accountants to get the info sent to crop insurance the same time as they send in the tax info in the spring. otherwise they won't do a thing.
it's even worse for companies with a non calender year end. they could sit on that info for over a year.
