The death rate is certainly in that 3.5% range by any measure I see. The global economic impact is going to be the big challenge. Massive money printing in response has already started.

A few years minimum Jazz testing, clinical trials, approvals, manufacturing, distribution. Wheres the Sars vaccine, Mers vaccine, Hanta Virus, HiV? From India to China scientists confirm HIV genetic splicing into the original coronavirus genome that was stolen a few years back from the Winnepeg Level 4 biolab. There have been a number of reports that the virus is reappearing in patients weeks after they recovered and were cleared. Not a good sign that a vaccine will ever come about. Do your own do dilligence. I think it's worth giving people the heads up, 'Hey maybe grab some extra arse wipe', but it's a waste of precious time trying to convince anyone. The apparent morbidity is in the 3.5% range but that's extremely over-stated. The denominator in that calculation is incidence and there's no chance all the sickos are getting counted. Try looking up how many people get the flu every year if you don't believe me. The numbers just don't exist and they can't exist.

Every few years there's something comes along that the media says is going to kill us all. This has more to do with selling soft drinks, toothpaste and feminine hygiene products than it does with medicine. Its primarily killing old people but you know what ---- life kills old people too.

The common flu kills many each year but has it changed my life any? Granted its not a bad idea to practice enhanced hand sanitation, hygiene, quarantine if ill and crowd avoidance in affected regions but to extrapolate the threat to mankind to infinity is just like climate-change science.
