When reading these things, always remember the computer programmer acronym. GIGO
Garbage In, Garbage Out.

They start out with the proven false premise that there is a significant effect known as AGW, and that the completely discredited models of future warming are true, and build from there.

They are likely absolutely right in their conclusions based on the false information they started with, but they aren't worth the paper they are written on, when the initial assumptions are wrong.
