Pretty sure RR don't just drop off cars Willy Nilly, or tell them what to load in cars. Grain Co's head office would have agreed to drop off and be telling local what to put in them.

But some points are getting longer than 24 hours to load the trains without penalty....which is a good thing...never understood why a train had to be loaded in 24 hours to sit loaded for a week...and from a safety point it make sense as well...

They sat there 3 weeks and they filled them with what came off first
Why not , smart buisness on cn’s part
