apparently snc needed to admit wrong doing, in essence admit guilt prior to be getting caught in order to enact the dpa. they did not.

Not only that, but they needed to show good faith they changed their ways. Well there is another court case going ahead about them getting bribes for the Cartier bridge project. There is still a case under way for the Montreal hospital they worked on. Clearly they hadn't changed their was and didn't want to be contrite about it either. So JWR slapped them down with the law as written by her own party.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I could accept that politicians will be corrupt and immoral and will buy votes etc. if they would at least (mostly) act in the best interests of the country in the process. But this useful idiot has done everything possible to do harm to our economy and country, that should be the bigger crime.

SNC broke the law. Then got caught.
