JWR needs only to make a simple statement and she manages to completely undo all the spin-doctoring that the sockless puppet and Butts worked to weave.

“I never asked for this,” she said. “I was just doing my job and doing that job resulted in this. I honestly can say I don’t know how we got here. I know that there is a path forward beyond the place that we’re at."

She then confirms her intention to remain in the Liberal caucus, thus creating a huge problem for the Libranos and the PMO:

"But Ms. Wilson-Raybould said she will remain the Liberal MP for Vancouver Granville, the riding she won in 2015, as long as voters want her, and that there’s a national need to address such issues as climate change, criminal justice and Indigenous policy."

Goodale said earlier that it will take an awful lot of work to patch it up between JWR and the Mincing Miracle Boy.

So, what is her view of a "path forward"? The olive branch is extended, but not very far.

This is a strange one. It seems like Irving Shipbuilding doesn't like the media raising questions about potential welding issues on the new ships they built for "us".

And oh yes there's this - the last one of the six came in at double the (quoted) price of the first 5 - $800 million instead of 400.

Oh and this too - the last one was only to be built if it could be done for less - but hey, Irving had to have work for their employees so they charged double and went ahead and built it, charging enough to keep their men on the payroll after the ship was finished.

Try to figure that one out. It would be like charging double for this year's crop because next year looks like a drought.

Anyway, Postmedia asked 2 government departments about the welding issues and 1 1/2 hours later Irving calls them and says back off with reporting this or we will sue.

$60 BILLION contract. What could go wrong?

This is why SNC Lavalin might be the small potatoes for this "Just Not Ready" Trudeau Liberal party.

Seems like the Liberals don't really need a leader - they just need someone who will open the treasury doors to all their friends. And shovel out our money.

Retired MP Scott Brison is a personal friend of the Irving family.

Librano corruption - Here we go again with another murky connection - messing with the ship-building contracts.

This might be why Scott Brison "retired"?

And we know that if he hadn't "retired", well then JWR would still be AG, SNC would never have happened...

Well that's what the Sockless boy said!

It's just so cool that Harper passed a law to catch the crooks - and it worked!

Which is why Butts said that Jody should ignore the law because he didn't like it.

Liberal party of Canada - the naturally corrupt party.

Can’t help thinking of Tommy Douglas funny bit on “Mouseville”
Where the mice keep electing Cats to govern them, first the white cats become abusive in power So the Mice elect the Black cats. Same result
    Trouble is they are Mice
