The despicable lieberals judge shopped until they got this idiotic ruling. They engineered this plan all along. Actually was clever as I was wondering how they were going to get out of actually building the expansion. I assume we are talking about Trans Mountain. Watching the chart to buy KMI (US) in order to get a bit of my money back. 4.5% dividend and improving fundamentals including debt pay down courtesy of the Canadian subsiduaries deal with government.

Liberal judges? Why did the Harper appoint Liberal judges? After all 2 of the 3 judges that heard the Trans Mountain case were appointed by Harper including the one who wrote the decision.

Nutjob got her wish after all. The anti-oil protests she used to attend have now paid off.

Let’s hope grain shipments don’t get stalled too bad as a result of this silliness under Trudeau with the extra layers of approvals he created.

              Isn’t that the truth .
Agree with above, watch the Oil trains ramp back up and the grain train grind to a snails 🐌 pace

Sad to see a handful of special interest groups hold a nation ransom . But that is the law in Canada.

This is what happens when you let two trust fund infants run a country....pretending they actually know something and catering to every cause that ruins the social fabric of the country...because they want to be "out there"

Trudeau and Morneau are just punks....trust fund punks....****ing up a country...

When the dakota access pipeline was in the same boat - court challenges, protest camps, etc. Trump went in there like a bull in a china shop. He re-asserted federal authority, addressed the nativs concerns in one motion, then rousted out that camp with the National Guard and restarted construction in mere days. The natives were complaining about the impact on their water. Boom, little re-route pushed through and on its way.

Thats what should have been done here 4 months ago. Canada is so weak and pathetic. We are bitch slapped by just about every country in the world and then take it in the a** from courts and protester as well.
