    Does seed get tested for blooming and seed set or just true to type, germ and cleanliness? Can last year production in dry conditions affect this years seed?

        I'm not sure, the invigor brand won't disclose the vigor results of the test to me.....go figure apparently it's not required by law to sell certified seed
