    I pay particular attention to the other categories. Also miscellaneous can cover a big swath when the customs agent gets tired of attempting to find a category that is appropriate.

    Why not just worry about producing what we're good at...and have the advantage...and concede to anyone everything else.

      Only have to think back to our own experience in Canada with trade barriers thought by others to be protectionist. Wheat board and supply management come to mind. Too few of us apparently still do not believe that protectionism hurts our own country more than others.
