trondus from syngenta is the old axial with surfactant in a separate jug but $3.50 an ac cheaper. used paradigm with it , couldn't even tell barley had been sprayed. killed all weeds

Liking all the input here. I remember my dad. It was hoe grass, hoe grass II. Simpler times. Lol. Lots of avadex too, which worked and still does. Treflan. I remember triumph plus. Had the jug and then the little can of the plus portion right in the side of the jug. Those hoe grass and avadex pails and glugglugglug!

Only my opinion from brief experience but I'm thinking the avadex treflan route is more effective and less harmful/ more effective in our rotations then group 2's fwiw. Where rup is simply a grass killer, there's Canada thistle showing signs of resistance now, they've really had to resort to pre emerge in corn and bean country. Seed co are reinventing the wheel with extend beans and now the 24d version. I just think you have the right line of thought sheep.
