I think part of the problem started when sex went from being solely used for reproductive purposes to "recreational". In nature the signals are sent to the male when the female is becoming receptive. As the "time" gets closer you can sure see the persistence of the male's attempts as the female's resistence gets less.

Apparently there are some other species that also engage in the act recreationally.

All men have a soft spot for women....
        Go hard or go home.

Why hasn't anyone brought up being baited or teased?

...........because it's probably the equivalent of being called a racist, but instead sexist.

Because of the sudden, recent shift in Trudeau's language around these issues, one could deduce that Butts' sock puppet is trying to make space for that someone special?

"In an interview with CBC radio’s The House, to be aired Saturday, Trudeau said his government is attempting the balance listening to the victims and giving the accused politician a modicum of due process."

He knows, he knew, and didn't do anything about it.

This line made me laugh out loud - "His answer was long and convoluted. Lots of hems, and a fair amount of haws." - so many ways to read that!

It seems like the Conservatives are in more trouble than the Liberals are at the moment.

                      http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/andrew-scheer-dykstra-disturbing-1.4508752
"Opposition Leader Andrew Scheer was forced to fend off questions Monday about how a former Conservative MP was allowed to run in the 2015 election despite allegations of sexual assault, saying candidates accused of misconduct would be barred from the party under his leadership.

Rick Dykstra stepped down as president of the Ontario PC Party Sunday after Maclean's magazine contacted him about accusations he sexually assaulted a parliamentary staffer in Ottawa when he was a Conservative MP in 2014.

The allegations were the latest to rock parties on both sides of the aisle in Ottawa, as well as in provincial parties in Ontario and Nova Scotia in the last week.

"This sexual assault allegation is disturbing and has no place in Canadian society, especially within our political system," Scheer said in a statement to CBC News. "We understand how difficult it can be for women to come forward under these circumstances."

"During debate on legislation to curb abuse on the Hill and in federally regulated work forces, Conservative MP Michelle Rempel said senior officials in her party "should be ashamed of themselves" over the handling of allegations that Rick Dykstra sexually assaulted a young Conservative staffer in 2014, when he was an MP."

The Maclean's report said the incident was known to senior Conservative staffers — as it had been reported to the party's whip and subsequently to Ottawa police — and yet he was still cleared to run for the party in the 2015 campaign.
