Trump was against Moore until Moore won the Republican nomination then he switched and campaigned for Moore

I don't know much about Roy Moore, good or bad and not saying I support or condone him. Having said that the allegations I believe are from like 30yrs ago, first of all its pretty tough to defend yourself from something that long ago and in the case of sexual assault if you are accused you are guilty in the eyes of the world.

Whether or not you agree with the laws in place this man can not be charged or found guilty on the matter at hand because of how long ago it happened. People can change and most people have regrets in their past.

Also if you haven't been to Alabama you may not understand some locals responses. What's normal and accepted down there would be considered delinquent behavior in Canada.

So my question is if you had a choice to vote for a politician that could make good decisions for their riding and make a difference to your country yet had likely but unproven allegations from 30yrs ago or your other option was a complete moron that you knew would screw everything up yet did not have allegations against them who would you choose. (Maybe the Jones guy is ok I don't really know)

Alabama used to be a slave state and said we didn't understand their local traditions. Obviously didn't make that right.

Just because the statute of limitations may have run out, shouldn't let Moore off scot free. Remember, these women were scared. Moore wielded power. The "Me Too" movement gave women like Moore's accusers the courage to find their voice.
