          Alberta had ordered a bunch of oil tankers but cancelled them for some reason. Didn't follow it but I thought it would be a good way to fill gap until pipeline gets built. That wasn't fed gov't tho.

            They aren’t canceled . Delivery is way behind schedule from supplier . The company I work for has been asked if we can help with this

                That was an NDP thing. PC govt axed that as soon as they took power. It was a sizeable amount of cars 7000? Maybe leased too. I forget.
