I have found that most AGW fanatics don't have a very wide depth of knowledge about the science.

For instance Chunky is using SCEPTICAL SCIENCE again as his 'go to' guy for AGW authority.

Just so readers here know, that would be the web site ran by John Cook.

    THIS John Cook.

    http://www.c3headlines.com/2015/07/john-cook-of-univ-of-queensland-skeptical-science-ss-does-identity-theft-of-lubo%C5%A1-motl-a-theoretical.html

No fcuking wonder there is so many stupid people supporting AGW.

    Follow the money.

If you think of all the blacktop, rooftops, building anything man made flat and dark surfaced (likely solar panels too) it all soaks up the sun and gives back way more radiant heat to the environment than natural grass or bush. Why does nobody ever talk about that or putting a stop to urban sprawl. On a warm summer day you can see the heat waves coming off the highways.

Not to mention that all of those flat dark surfaces are made of oil, and/or required copious amounts of oil to produce them. Eliminating the internal combustion engine will not make those uses go away.

          There you have it folks!

The sun has been proven to have no effect on climate.

          Move along now.

          There is no dispute here.

          It's all been explained.

Only a knuckle dragging western neanderthal would question ABSOLUTE facts.

In Maui pretty well every building has solar collectors on the roofs - both commercial buildings and private homes. Solar heats their water, but the sun shines pretty much every day and there's no snow or frost to cover the collectors. They still need diesel generators and you can see fuel trucks hauling diesel to the generator (visual assumption).
