    $200 is just a reflection on the Canadian justice system, $2000 would still have been a slap on the wrist. $20,000 and now we're talking about some justice.

    sofa-king is right,,,that the guilty plea is more important than the fine. Really, he should be made to resign for his inactions regarding his family business.

    Is Moreau, by donating the capital gain and business earnings for the shares he owned in his business much/any different than paying back Duffy's (supposed ) miss spending? Especially when Duffy wasn't found guilty of anything,,,nor was anyone else regarding this incident, while Moreau was found guilty!

    BTW, not sure if Moreau is donating capital gains, or dividends/profits the shares brought during that period.
