Just heard on the news that the gunman had converted to Islam a few months ago but they are not speculating if this had any influence. The main thing to remember is how sad the loss of 50 lives is. My thoughts go out to the relatives of those who were killed and injured, very sad.

Nevada has some of the loosest gun laws in the US. Guns kill far more Americans annually than all other types of attacks combined. You are in denial if you think easy access to guns has nothing to do with the high rates of gun deaths in the US.
