Just 6 months ago it was so dry that we were changing our seeding plans. Just saying, I remember the eighties. Maybe some of you whipper snappers don't. It would be great to turn tap on or off but this is prairie agriculture.

No sorry six months ago it was awesome first time in years we didn't have a abundance of the shitting rain. Seeding was so fun I almost cried. Then May long hit and the shit show began again and its still going till end. Seeding next spring could be a huge issue and thats on every ones mind now. Plus getting this crop off so we can seed these fields next spring.

For some this year is first time they have had to deal with this shit. Funny its not very nice is it. Try dealing with this shit for 15 to 16 years.

            Excess water is ugly.

Oh the 80s we grew some awesome crops actually the drought never got us. it was close about 10 miles away but we grew end to end fields and nice yields. now 1961 was a wreck, and one year in the 30s.

More than an inch of rain, over about 18 hours. Very heavy fog this morning. Will take at least all the nice weather the rest of this week, just to get back to where we were Sat afternoon. Flax will still be tough.
