You want proof ? Go stand on the cars when they are loading with your camera .
Maybe do many replications of camera shots just so you know for sure and then it will be scientific

Isn't export basis calculated on 2% dockage?

At Pioneer in Wadena, when my dockage was under 0.3% they said ZERO because it went into their CLEAN export bin? So has to be under 0.3% for some spec, why would export be 2%?
