If trespassing laws were passed and enforced these kinds of things would be less likely to happen. People think that farmland is theirs to use at their discretion. I have asked numerous people to leave my land because they are treating someone else's property like it is their own. Nobody should be on your land unless you know they are there or they have your permission. City people actually think that we use the top 6 inches from may till September then it's theirs to enjoy. I have chased hunters out of standing crop many times!

It really pisses me off to see the same shit going on and on for years. Anyone living close to a Rez is not immune for being robbed, vandalized, etc. I have a lot of native friends and they're just as pissed about this crap as much as we are. Ultimately shit on the Rez needs to be cleaned up but that won't happen until natives are quit being treated like kept kids as a ward of the state. Really what incentive is there for them when they're stuck in a situation where all they see is the same bs. I have no problem with giving them free university, sports incentives etc to expand their horizons and do something with their lives. Lots of broken homes, unemployment, drug abuse on the Rez. We can throw all the money in the world at housing and what not but the chief and council line their pockets. Average joe native gets squat, the screwed up families keep on raising screwed up kids which rob from average joe which tries to get ahead but is discouraged by those jealous bastards.

I have been thinking about this for a while now, watching the u.s. news and listening to commentators on cnn and so, leads me to believe that there is a race war brewing in the united states that will be epic. The blacks can't accept the whites and the Hispanic population will be the majority within a generation possibly less. Now mix in the growing Muslim population that has zero tolerance for all groups and look out. Everyone wants to have the power to dominate. It could get ugly.

It's actually very surprising people aren't taking the law into their own hands more often to defend themselves. Our joke of a "slap on the wrist" justice system hasn't deterred any of these thugs from entering farm yards or other private property to rob, attack, threaten, murder innocent land owners.

Trudeau has undone laws that Conservatives implemented to make the band councils accountable with their spending and budgets.....that will help the corrupt Chiefs continue the grease fire.

                Absolutely 100% correct Oliver
                It's become a Fukin joke .
They better not play the race card on this
You never hear of rural farmers going into Indian reservations stealing , vandalizing, or assaulting people on a daily basis - cause that's exactly what is happening all over this area every Fukin day and it's always swept under the rug until an incident like this happens then it's "oh the poor natives " it's absolutely Fukin ridiculous what's going on .

Also absolutely sickening to see CBC showing the lies of the poor First Nation thugs story - it's crazy !!!!!
They came into the yard and assaulted his wife for Christ sakes ! This was after they terrorized the neighbors the few nights before - not a peep of the real story on CBC . It's unbelievable what the media is doing .

Sure, let's blame Trudeau for the screwed up treaties that were introduced in 1876 and sticking the natives on reserves in the middle of no where, with no opportunity. It's such a mess that nobody knows how to fix it. Generation after generation it gets worst. Do honestly think any of us would be any better raised in those conditions. Probably not. Really sad situation that our children's children will still be trying to solve.

That said, there is no excuse to commit crimes against other people such as stealing and trespassing private property.
