    I have not heard of any leased being disallowed.
    My understanding is that the courts to date have
    deemed them to be legit.
    If anyone has information to the contrary I would
    like to hear it. They have been an important part
    of my bin acquisition program. Also used for a
    shed as well.
    Yes the interest rate is too high considering the
    low risk. They do it because they can.

          Westward, and how the ***...did you make it to
          work this winter? What an automobile that can
          operate at -30

          Are snow avellanch delays tracked, seems we
          have had less snow than other years, that used to
          be one of the major problems?

          I do In fact haul when it's -30 or colder, plus move
          snow every day, etc. When the terminals call for
          grain latterly I on average have 3 or 4 days to
          bring the grain in or they are full again or the
          orders change, Until they are full waiting for the
          next train.

          I assume that many of the locomotive are never
          shut off, that would be stupid. Imagine Harrison
          missing that opportunity to save, slow, and piss
          off. Turn the engines off when not moving, what
          could go wrong?

              Rareearth,just for your info the loco's
              are not shut off in the winter because
              they still use water for coolant.If they
              are shut off they have to be drained.
