I think I get it now. Everyone wants to sell out and great yields and profit is good for selling land or renting. Fk I should rent for a year my yield just went from 50 bushel of soft wheat to 120. pretty sure land rent has not dropped cause we are all making out better this year. Lots of cash these guys have that drive these new John Deeres etc. Make me an offer.

Like we are supposed to believe what a guy
says selling his agronomic services, of
course he is going to say his clients have
a bumper crop. Smells like a salesman
      talking to me.

Larry gets the same kick out of it as I do.

          Always been suspicious of Agri-Trend.
Nothing is big enough in their articles.

By the time it's said and we'll be
average by the time we get to the later
stuff that was mudded in and stayed wet
            until july.

To avoid getting myself worked up, I did two
things. Cancel Producer subscription. And realize
that Agritrend is very adept at self promotion.
1 good thing about being "too small". I'm below
              their price point.

Hopper, I have a point. Let the neighbors keep
talking up yeilds in the area in case someone
does come around to make offers for renting.
On the same premise that astrologist type
companies suggest they will make you money, a
person wants to rent/buy land where he thinks he
can make money. Is kind of like a passive sales
pitch. The neighbours do all the bragging and it
                makes your area appealing.

                    Expecting 20, 38, 45 from our canola.

50bu/ac average? Ok... sure... Don't count Manitoba. and don't count NE SK.

Agrologist type. Sorry about the spelling. Good
                      grief.
