The only one I was able to keep was the
one I made ten years ago, and that was to
      not make them.

1.I am going to incorporate lots of buckwheat in
my recipes because of it's exceptional nutritional
value. As soon as I get home, buckwheat
        gnocchi!

        2. More watercolor painting.
        3. Restore some late 1800 antiques.

        Your turn. Pars

Cotton: Doesn't sound like a fun
destination. Good luck and have fun
              though.

                  Parsley,

Look up hemp seed and compare with
buckwheat. I have not done so, but I am growing
hemp and I want to encourage consumption. It is
very good for you. I have been eating hemp
hearts for about 8 months and I like them.

I hope to spend more time with children doing fun
                  things in the new year.

I have a bag of hemp seed in fridge. And coconut
flour, sugar and oil. And einkorn seed and grits.
And buckwheat flour and hearts. And flax. And
barley flour. And all kinds of goodies. Try to vary
food amounts, varieties and grains. Pour a little
in this and a little in that. Your body will let you
know when you are not eating right. Energy is
yours when you feed your body what it needs
instead of only what you like. I want to
                    experiment still more! Pars

Not to eat so much in 2013 and hopefully beyond.

I eat hemp hearts in my morning gruel,
consisting of 2 heaping tablespoons of
both hemp hearts and ground flax and 5
heaping tablespoons of oat bran and a WEE
bit of sugar(sorry cotton)in boiled water.
Boy, do I lead an exciting "regular" life.
                        LOL
