    Christmas Marketeering Doldrums

Don't panick yet fellow marketeers, this
    Christmas season doldrum always, always,
always occurs. Prices sliding till after
the big spend, and huge hangovers are all
gone, then its off ta the races, upward
trends and spirals agin. Short crop,
prices hafta keep climbing. Framers are
in the driver seat this year, not the back
seat as usual with their legs spred.......

Guess you should have sold open market, instead you have a Chinese christmass.
Hope you have lots of Chinese friends to celebrate with. Pretty sure they will be toasting to your enlarged asshole for a week straight.

Burbert- People can be whoever they want to be on Agriville because of the anonymity of the internet. Why do you choose to be an idiot?

Duhhhhhhhh, it seem there are some duds
on this site, that can't read, er at
least don't understand what they read.
Oh well, I guess thats why they are
framers. Quit school in grade 2, vote
        conservative, whinning and snivelling
learned at a young age, ifn that don't
work curse at and try to bully those
whom don't agree with your perverted
cents of right and wrong! Yup thats why
Comedians make such good framers, cousin
        they are such *****........ Right
        Hooper, and grrrrrrrrrrrrr?

Actually Burbert is right to some extent. This is a slower demand/marketing period and prices are reflecting this. Normal pattern (this year no different) is that deliveries slow in December as farmers attention turns to other things/people manage there taxable income. I'm not as tied to the market you guys but am hearing interesting programs which will keep grain/oilseeds flowing through December and early January. You just have to be alert and tied into market information and able to evaluate the fit into your financial/marketing plan. That would be for individuals who treat their like a business with an end objective of making money and not a joke/way to collect a government cheque.

Actually should correct myself. Not slower demand but rather a period when many Northern hemisphere spring seeded and fall harvested crops are being aggressively marketed to pay bills and manage bin space (US and Canada now followed shortly by Australia and Argentina on cereals). Get by the off the combine bigger delivery period and the market responds. This is occurring earlier than normal this year (smaller crop and bullish farmers).

"ACTUALLY BURBERT IS RIGHT TO SOME
EXTENT". This is a phrase that has been
posted on a number of occasions by
              gobermont spokespersons, and other
Comedian framers alike. The duds and no
minds that post rude, crude, lewd,
comments on this site are simple minded
Comedian framers who believe it should
be their way er the highway. Cousin
theys so smarty pants and such good
              framers. NEWSFLASH "Not so,
              apparently". Boohoo, Boohoo!!!!

Perhaps all our words speak for themselves. There will be marketing opportunities over the next month. Winter also creates opportunities that many farm managers have spoken about on agriville. I like to support the idea of farmers making good marketing decisions to make profits.
