    $500 Ukraine Fertilizer

There a 4 similiar but different importation of 46-0-0 fertilizer proposals moving across western Canada. These proposals are offering fertilizer at extreme discounts to current western Canada pricing.

Farmers are encouraged to do their OWN due diligence and consult with the expert centres of their financial institution and legal council to protect their interests should you decide to participate.

Actions you may take, but not limited to,are:
-Discuss contract terms directly with the manufacturer, shipper, inspector, broker or any other person involved with the transaction.
-Terms in all of the agreements are clear and detailed, including a process for restitution.
    -Receipt of product before payment.

It is important to remember these business transactions are with businesses that are headquartered outside Canada. Your ability to seek restitution is subject to laws different than that of Canada.

looking into it as well here in aust.
weve have a guy going over to inspect.

what were trying to put in place is a middle man who takes profit but also all the risk.

other problems is quality can only be spread will not flow through an airseeder bin and the manufacturing plants are all inland and has to get railed to port in railcars which have carried grain so there are quarantine problems, so its not easy

Yesterday on the Radio the head of Potash corp was saying supply is just good enough to meet fall demand because of the strike. Since fall is a time farmers take extremely lots of our product, we have a shortage therefore the price will stay up. Excuse me when was the last time you put down lots of potash in fall.
come on the BS out of these guys is getting worse than pig Crap.
Bring it on if its like FNAs last years stuff its pearled better and I think had more punch than are so called Canadian and American crap.

Someone should take potash corp to task on that B/S remark - Ritz. I know I will be calling his office.

If I'm not mistaken there is a GG who is a staff member with the Alberta Farmers advocates office, good of him to post this information. With all off shore transactions of this nature unless there is a broker taking the risk i.e FNA you must be aware that due diligence is a must.
