        No, because the CWB is not a private citizen or a private company it is a creation of and a part of government.

        That is why Adrian Measner was perfectly free to say whatever he wanted as Adrian Measner private citizen, but not as Adrian Measner CWB CEO.

                Not really, it's like night and day.

                But then again you've had a problem in being able to tell the difference between higher from lower prices for some time now.
