A rainbow on March 14/16 a day before the Ides of March and 3 days before lucky Saint Patrick's Day.
You have to wonder if there is a sensitivity setting at the radar stations for snow versus rain. By the looks of the radar that band of precipitation that came through should have been a little more intense... barely registered on the rain gauge.
