Bucket. That kerfuffle was not about the bypass, but about that silly mini city they were pushing to build south east of Regina. Some of the Reeve's land was in the midst of it. I always shake my head at the situation in that "rm". Everyone on council is sitting on millions of dollars of land. But they are making decisions on pretty important stuff...

        4 down to early Retirement.

NDP do a fine job to find excellent people to run for them.

        Week one NDP lost.

Yes the Reeve wanted White city 2.0 on his land by the bypass.

Then the reeve should have built it with his money.

He would be visiting with trump by now. Billionaire.

Things cost more for public infrastructure because of the shit deals that the backroom middlemen of the party have to make a few bucks off the taxpayers.

And it doesn't matter what party is in.

By the way.... I am a stupid farmer ... just read some of my posts on agriville.

Just imagine if I was running. Wouldn't have made it 2 minutes it the campaign and been turfed.

A political career is nothing I am interested in stooping to...

They're not all bottom-feeders but those that are make it real bad for those who aren't.

"public service", give me a break, most are there for "self service". Pensions, benefits, board seats, pork barreling with hidden benefits. If you're not corrupt when you first get there or if you don't have strong morals you likely will be by the time you leave. I believe there is a sense of entitlement amongst that group. Probably hard to see your fellow MLA/MP/Minister getting ahead on the sly and thinking why shouldn't I.
