I think Swedish guns, while allowed for hunting, are locked up and use for self/home defence would result in a long jail sentence.

Switzerland has quite a gun culture and could raise a militia easily. If you've been in the army or reserve you can take your gun home after service.

Who gives a shit anymore. The Muslims are going to have their way in a generation or two right here at home. The swiss are a full on military culture,if invaded standing orders are for the men to goto the mountain bunkers and fight till the last man,lots of other interesting stuff on that subject.
