Perhaps the tax bill is embedded in the rent payment? Not sure.

Norquay def is in the Canola Area. Most get so much a acre.
But lesm here is a quick take on Real-estate Agents in Sask.
Most know jack shit and are useless.
              Their you have it.
Land came for sale in our area a year ago the guy didn't even phone any one and the farmer around the said property. The farmer was low balled into selling and lost over $120000.00.
Land had investors beside plus old money plus young bucks plus South African Farmers who moved here and are looking for dirt.
The guy made one call and low balled the deal. Agent didn't phone any one else and its was some prime dirt.
              So most are Useless.

The sad part about investors is that they all think farming is so profitable and farmers are just falling down all over for them and their land. F$%k me what a crock.
Land is land and only will be rented if the price is right.
Enjoy but way better places for putting money and turning it into more quick.
Hell buy 6 dollar lotto max today and you might be $55 mill richer or a cup of coffee for you and your friends and they all are richer for the time together.

Sorry if I offended anyone. All I wanted to know is where is the prime located in Saskatchewan. Isn't better that a Canadian citizen residing in Sask. own the farm land rather than A European or Asian investor. I really believe that this is the very best investment you make in your life and that's why all the world is rushing in to pick up these properties while we stand by and bitch about it.
