Peter MacKay is probably best bet. My pick in the last leadership convention was Tony Clement, but think he has too much 'gazebo' baggage now. Jason Kenney and James Moore are not leadership material, even though their names keep coming up. Candice Bergen would be another of my picks. Chris Alexander is another possibility, but I hate him. If he or Kenney or Moore were made leader, I wouldn't vote at all.

You can't argue with the results of the Ford brothers cutting out waste in the Toronto budget, but their personal image is destroyed. They would be best to leave politics altogether.

If harpers loses monday, this could be the end of the Reformer/alliance control of the CPP, and a move back to the progressive conservative power base.

I think Harper will win a minority. He said this will be his last term as leader win or lose.

Next Conservative leader will be an Albertan, Kenney.
Hoback out of P.A would be interesting.
If Brad Wall gets sick of destroying the NDP in provincial politics it will be him.

PM Harper has run a brilliant campaign. He is having a rally tonight with the Ford brothers. They are some of the best politicians Canada has to offer, great move by Harper. Rob has recovered from his cocaine addiction and is a changed man. It was so nice to see that he admitted to his short comings. I would have preferred Rob coming clean a little earlier but better late than never. We all make little mistakes in life, and all should be forgiven and forgotten. If Rob can change so can Foragefarmer, that's my new attitude here on Agriville!!!!

I see one of the posters on here was little harsh towards Agstar77. Well, he probably had a bad day, so it's ok. Besides Agstar 77 should have never said those mean things about our friends the Fords. Shame on you Agstar77 that is not the way to post on here.


Mbgrower, I have to politely disagree with you, the Con/reform party is by far the best party to ever govern Canada. As for Jerry Ritz he would make an excellent PM. I would vote for him in a heart beat. He has been the best Ag minister in history. MBgrower, I hope, I didn't offend you, as I would hate to hurt your feelings. Please sleep well tonight!!
