Yea I voted for them! Seems like you help some
one get in to power and then they screw their
    supporters.

SO they should pay back your premium on those acres for all the years
you paid it. That is sick. That is unjust. That is a complete lack of
understanding of 40 inches of rain.

I put down land that I have always farmed
that has been under water for 3 years as
too wet to seed again. Not sure how else I
should have classified as. They phoned me
and it sounds like it may not be eligible.
The program seems to cater to the guys
that in the spring it is too early..too
          cold..too wet..too windy..too dry.. too
hot..AHH man too late to seed...

Supporters, the ones who door knocked and
raised capital and organised functions. Who were
            they again?

Exactly. I have a fair amount of cat tails
                  in my crops, lol.

I don't carry this crap insurance but doesn't the unplanted from flooded benefit have a percent acreage deductable on it from the years flooded past???? Otherwise someone could take advantage of it or possibly that is just what is happening like the wild life damage payouts to lands that never do grow a crop. Sask. did I thought you got it all planted. Anyways I got more acres planted that are currently under water.

Won't argue with the cat tail issue as have them growing in crop also. Make you wonder about the labour force these days.
