There is no chance in hell of a Trudeau win
across Canada. Will further divide the left whine
vote in the east and entrench Harper. All good
things. NDP will get back to being non existent!

I agrree with riders on this , all the oil did was to drive costs higher including land everyone thinks they are super stars and want what the patch is paying even though they dont work in the patch. Every trade jumped to $100/hr or more because they think they could get that in the oil biz.

Cant say that Brad Wall has had a cakewalk with
Harper. I would like to be a fly on the Wall (no
pun intended) during some of the negotiations,
though not sure if there are many. I think policy is
dictated from above because we dont hear
anything on the news. Maybe I get the wrong
        newspaper.

Trudeau would be a better PM to handle our
French/English divide. But would rip the East and
West apart again. So as a nation who is more
important to look after.(or leave alone)?

I agree, I hate to say it, but I have never felt
more remote to the central powerhouse.

Not only government is silent, so is industry
&innovation. You would think in a country with
minerals, energy, human capital, lots of cash, lots
of research, technology, there would be new
industries spawned every day and -NEWS - real
NEWS. No everything is hush-hush. What is
holding us back? Am I expecting too much?

Their is no way in hell that Young Gun will connect the dots and make Canada a better country!
Teacher that's it, Not very intellectual like his idiot father. A puppet for the old liberano guard!
So Harper who lately is looking like he is ready for retirement or Trudeau. Id still take Harper for one more term. Then we will see. But their counting on Quebec and Ontario and few seats and F*$K the rest.

I guess we'll have to wait and see what his policies are and how he performs as leader?
While I generally lean toward conservative types.....we still have a $26 Billion dollar deficit and a larger debt.....with a Conservative majority!
I like some of the things Harper has done, but his spending record needs a little work?

I think we will get to see how far a few eloquent words and the
love and admiration of the MSM will take you.

I believe the drama teacher is just an apprentice right now, but
if he has the opportunity to say a few speeches he will have all
of the press in his corner. They will fawn and swoon in his
                      presence.

I have voted conservative all my life, but I am not happy with
the games that Harper plays. Harper doesn't play any dirtier
than Chretien did, but he has to learn that he needs to show a
nicer image in the public, if he wants to be around for another
                      term.
