Just tell them I am a Chinese investor!
I did note the "for yoooou". Almost free today,
    happy hour price.
I am in a very competitive area with very large
efficient gazillionare farmers. I loosely entertain
relocating, then again, I am all talk. It takes
    courage to make real changes.

          Back to topic.
Is the decrease in Sprotts share value also
coincide with slowdowns in mining, minerals and
the other stuff they are into?

Yep, we would definitely have a very long talk. I talk faster than I type.

But I can tell, you are having the same issues as this area.

10 years ago when I wanted to buy land for half of what it costs now, lenders were not able to vision what I was telling them. And I missed a couple deals because I had bought into their thinking a little bit ( sober second thought type of thing)

Now they will lend me the money but I am not sure its wise at these prices.

You have to think Sprott got a little eye opener on this OEF investment.

Just to much money for so little return.

Farming is a marathon not a sprint.

His other investments always have the cost of production factored in.

Other wise they do like Potash corp and shut down to create demand.

              Farming isn't like that.

The poorest land in east central is 1200 an acre with the average at 1400. There is a big push in demand something is up.

2231 an acre and now all think theirs is worth that
                    much.

The poorest land in east central Sask is $1200/acre?? This sounds a higher than I would of guessed.
