      Crusher,

Willy asked me to change my name...

Lucy says people visit graves sites... so I must not be
      finished grieving yet!

      Cheers!

        Profarmer,

Costs include pretrial discovery hearings which can
take over a year to go through at times. This one
easily costing into the six figures... would not be
unexpected at all. GOC to pay through Justice Dep.

        Cheers

You should at least grieve until you get the final payment, then maybe a day or two after for how sad that final will be.

So for the cwb supporters out there, only a buck or two a tonne. The same way they glazed over the cost of the lakers. Its only this much a tonne. Nothing really, because it never comes out of their pocket, the people that work at the cwb that is.

Wells and Oberg, for sure had money through the PR budget put away so they never had a dime of their own lost for their decisions. Matter of fact they were probably paid to go to the pretrial.

                Bucket,

Don't be surprised... if you find out... that the lawyers in this CWB $17B Class required NO up front... or any cost ever... if this action is not certified for $17B They only will want a `LITTLE` chunk of the award... ~IF~ they win.

So the lawyers can get $2-3B if they convince the legal system to print more money... and share with them.

I can just feel that legal love... can't you?

                Cheers!
