    With the major reservoirs at about 85 percent of
    normal cap... and the top half of the northern basin
    not in drought... [40m ac ft of water in just 3]... one
    would not see why a couple of percent water release to
    keep commerce going...

            I believe Obama has more power than JC.
            JC only walked on water and turned it to
            wine, he also knew all the good fishing
            spots but no mention of filling the
            rivers, only Obama can do that.

                Many of the folks who prayed for the rain to STOP in the spring of 2011... are now in a crisis because it is too dry!
