Decisions have to be made by all members of the supply chain from farmer to maltsters to brewers.

One thing I would encourage is a discussion between a farmer and a selector about the price the CWB recieves from the commitment. There is a matching between the selector purchase price and the price under the CashPlus. You can look at things like storage payments and other additions to determine the true CWB cost.

Ag Minister ITZ wants cheap barley for feeders, hoping the tin foil hat crowd and decoder ring farmers will put lots of barley in the ground this year. Oh yeah and no vacation South, either, stay home and invest in ethanol. Wow what next. Raise ostriches, cause they taste good and are good for ya to eat...... and spend most of their time with their heads stuck in the sand.

Not going to feed the troll. Something so profoundly stupid shouldn't be rewarded with a response.
