    Tom

Sure would have been nice if these details were revealed from the beginning. But you were more than willing to lead posters here on Agriville to believe that you were responsible for all of the $423,000.00 CP/CN legal bills. In fact one poster stated that you probably had already written the cheque to pay CP/CN for their legal costs. At that point Tom, you did NOT explain that in fact you yourself were not responsible to make the payment.

The other question is why the so called Hunger Strike, if someone else was writing the $423,000.00 cheque to CP/CN, then why the 50 days on the hunger strike? Tom you obviously prevent them from writing the cheque immediately so the WRIT against your farm could be removed right away. Did you want the same limelight as Chief Spence received?

Tom nothing adds up. As for anybody wasting your time regarding the WRIT and Hunger Strike, did you ever count how many posts you made on Agriville concerning this whole farce?

The writ was weird and suspect from the beginning. Why was Tom only whining here? Why wasn't it real news? And why does he dance around answers? If you're asked a question about a topic you instigated and beat to death you should at least post a link instead of making us google it.

He should be a politician he bends with the wind. How about it Tom, why didn't you throw your hat in the ring for provincial PC last time? I seem to remember you talking them up a couple years ago?

      God Bless

        Forage,

The point was... the Writ WAS put on our farm land and tied it up in a legal mess. IF a big multinational Corp put a $400K Writ on your land... when you did not ever dream it would or could happen... would you not react?

I am NOT a lawyer. I am just very happy that the CNCP Writ WAS removed the end of June... releasing our farm land. I DID say when the instalment cheque was written... and it was. I did say FROM the beginning that CNCP put the writ on our farm land... to make my and my families life difficult... which occurred. Go back and check the posts.

          You like to post videos.

Maybe you could just post a photo of the copy of the writ and the cheque written on your behalf.

          Sure would clear things up.

Good suggestion Bucket, but I believe we have a better chance about hearing the truth in the Duffy case, than finding out about truth in the so called WRIT.

              Forage

So true. Even the cbc wasn't interested in Tom's hunger strike/writ on his farm..

It should have made for a good story during the rail crisis ....oh wait....Tom didn't think there was a rail crisis because his grain was moving.

There was only a rail crisis when it involved him.

The first step to recovery is admitting it.

                  Good step Tom.
