    I smell Regulators: Regulations are the objective of folks who are paid to watch our industry and repeat history... the more the better for those folks who need to justify their pay check.

    Any one who imagines Politicians in ND and/or Lib gov will regulate less... is dreaming in Technicolor!

      Well Tom it's your conservative government that's adding additional classes of grain that require more regulation , so what's your point?
