There should be a "bit" of a crop here, only question is how disappointing is it going to be? .11 of an inch from today's rain, just can't seem to get under a prolonged shower for any length of time to accumulate any meaningful amount. There would be some renewed hope if we had an inch to help fill what is there. Remember, at least everything pretty much came up. It just isn't very good but rain would still make a difference here.

The silver lining: at least it isn't 30 plus degrees and windy today.

      Good luck fellows...

What do you think of the 7565 so far?

The 75-65 was planted a day after the l261.

Both got 120-35-15-25 at planting. The liberty went onto pea stubble the 75-65 on oat stubble. I'd say the Dekalb is every bit as nice a plant but right now about a week slower in development than the L261. It'll be interesting to see which gets to first flower first.

My 75-65 was hurt more than the SY4135 planted the same day right next to it by the early frost. Very strange. I didn't have to replant as there was enough left and it seems to be bolting and starting to flower identically. There are fewer 75-65 plants now.

Very nice pics. I'll post some pics of the canola in this area when it comes up.
