BP, have the cash sent with you to the crematorium. Unless you want the satisfaction of seeing it burn while you're alive...

Blackpowder, do what I'm doing. I'm taking the cash with me. I bank at the Credit Union and they have branches all over Hell.

Problem with that is I'm guessing Hell is overpopulated with lawyers and I know my ex will make the trip. I'd rather give what scraps are left at the time to charity. This life has already been hell enough I'm not yet convinced I have to go.

Off topic, lawyers will "work" as long as there is equity.

I've seen where one side is smart enough to realize and hopes to settle to preserve the equity and the other too stupid to realize that on the hopes for more, promised and encouraged by counsel, then the lawyer takes a bunch of it and they're not much further ahead anyway.

I think we should preserve the culture, life style, communities etc it is a policy /political infrastructure issue, we control our own destiny or we give it ( the infrastructure and our resources ) to who ever wants Sask in the world, there is a lot of money in the world, you just print it and buy stuff.

For all the idealologists, should Saskatchewan open the doors to immigration, travel, short or long term visits from foreigners, it wouldn't matter how much money they had, their education, or how healthy they might be? I don't want to go here either, same issues same dress.

The government should make arbitration and negotiation mandatory without lawyers prior to any judicial process. I suspect 90% of cases would drop dead if both sides presented their case to arbitration first. One side would likely realize how futile their case and go home, tail between their legs.

There is no reasoning with unreasonable people. Lawyers jobs are to keep people out of the courts yet within the law of the land. Unfortunately they are people as well. Subject to all the sins.
