it is not April fools day.
so hell must have officially froze over.

folks on the right should rejoice.
the electorate will blame the Ndp
for not being able to fix 50 years of screw ups in 4 years.

just the opposite of wall getting elected just before the boom here,
he had nothing to do with the commodities boom, but he will get the credit anyway.

i kinda feel sorry for the NDP there.
when everything is about to tank they
          get power.
sadly it will not end well,
          for them.

does Tom have a defibrillator handy
          he will need it.

I guess you can't spend $150 for every 100 you take in - sooner than later that smaks someone

Tom is not in the least bit surprised.
              Prentice is gone... Job one.
Our MLA was my campaign manager in 2011. I said Wes Taylor would win with a 65 percent popular vote... Wes did this.
I hoped for 30 seats... We got 20
PC got decimated which I predicted.
Not perfect... But closer than any other prediction on Agriville.
              Cheers!
Bye Bye Premier Prentice. Objective accomplished cncp board member G O N E.

Agriculture and rural Alberta may be biggest losers in this election. Wildrose was shut out of every urban riding in the province except Grande Prairie and Fort McMurry. All the rest of their seats are rural ridings. And NDP were elected predominately in urban ridings and ridings surrounding major urban centers. The rural urban divide just got much wider!

Well it certainly showed how pissed even right wingers were.(And it wasn't just young lefties voting...)
The ND's have a helluva challenge ahead of them, but at least for now it will be a democratic government...time will tell the rest of the story.
I am excited to see what happens, because the corrupt leadership would have wallowed deeper into the muck....because they have been given approval to do so...and I think that is what made many go for the ND's.

Saskatchewan is now the place to be and will gain from this NDP experiment.

How will Canadian oil company stock prices be affected tomorrow?.......interesting times ahead for Alberta.
