Guy's farming has never been the same since the afternoon of may 21st 2010. It will take years and years to recover land that is still flooded and will be for a long time. And that's not even mentioning the alkali that has shown up everywhere. When the monsoon's start,(and oh yes they will, why would this year be any different) it will be another washout. Oh well let's hope it's at least a somewhat normal year. Guy's think it's dry but an inch or more of rain in the next week will shut most down for quite a while.

Southern AB could use a rain for sure. Now 2" might be overkill but better then 0. So far have seeded every acre which is a first in 3 or 4 years

Enjoy! I would dearly love to pray/hope for rain than to curse excess water. So essential and yet can so deadly to crops and profitability..

I can't remember the last time I hoped for a rain. Oh right, never!

What a novelty that must be, wishing for a rain.

Lots of climatic zones on the Prairies. A wet or dry trend/cycle is one man's blessing and one man's curse... both at the same time.

I hoped this thread would be about Chrissy Tiegan and Giselle Bunchon:/
