        The whole show right from seeding to the bin. Landlord covers all the inputs except fuel.

            There is no way in hell I would do it for 80.
            What a difference in areas. 55 bushel land going for $110 here. An ad has never gotten land either. Time for me to quit and work for the big boys.

              Eastern Saskatchewan has had some of the cheapest land for generations.
              Stones, sloughs, early frost, access to markets, droughts, excess moisture, not for the faint hearted.
              Crop share rent used to be one third to landlord, now mostly cash rent.
              $45 is about top in own area.
              Most landlord land is family member or retired farmer owned rather than outside investors.
