We are back to a quota system. Most don't realize it yet.

It's localized so it doesn't show up as a prairie wide problem.

Bucket do the end use buyers not have guaranteed delivery date on their purchase agreement? So if the elev Co doesn't deliver by certain date it is void.
Why is there grain sitting in elevators ready to have a b'day. Can't tell me they are a year behind.

Switching stocks in a graincos system is standard operations when shipping becomes a problem especially.
Year old grain could easily be assumed in many elevators that the RR don't like providing service to.
Logistics are fluid is first rule to make a contract to end user work. Hence basis must be wider to absorb extra cost.

            Tweety

Read Saskfarmer3 thread March 18,2015 titled
"Petition to Ottawa on grain movement"

Then go to the petition and read the comments from farmers. I'm sure many of them are not all Agriviller's.
