Only reason more rent does not pencil out is the seed companies , fertilizer, and machinery companies got the farmers extra cash first.have always thought the person who owns and rents out the land should get the biggest piece of the pie.But for some reason farmers go buy a million in new iron every year and then tell the landlord it does not pencil out to raise the rent.

They are interested in larger blocks or buying land around what they already own. I know guys who have offered them land and were not even made an offer because their land wasn't close.Comment
